A self motivated Mechanical Engineer having 11+ years of Experience in Production Planning as well Project Planning & Coordination & Billing activities in the field of Fabrication & Erection of Boilers, Pressure Piping, Petrochemical piping, Steel structure, Equipments, Pressure Vessels & Ducting etc.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

1Understanding Work Order like contractual Completion, Master schedule, Scope of work, Billing Break-up and other Technical details.

2Preparation of Plans, Schedules and Monthly plans based on the Master schedule as per contract and monitoring progress on pre-set intervals.

3Preparation of purchase requisitions through SAP, based on the drawings, parts lists (BOM) and other details from the Engineering Dept. by MRP run for production units and for requirements as per the construction projects too.

4Submission of Monthly Bills to customer for erection completed construction items as per the contractual terms & conditions. Coordinating for its certification.

5Conducting internal review meetings, periodical submission of MIS reports and consulting management for highlighting & resolving critical issues. Expediting the immediate requirements of project among the team & providing feedback.

6Liaison with Customer for the inputs & interventions required. Assisting management for all review meetings and required coordination.

7Understanding & arranging cost effective & timely Resources to ensure the job completion within the scheduled time.

8Coordinating with Internal Departments.

a.Engineering Dept. for Engineering inputs and major material requirements in advance to meet set targets and for utilization of if any alternative surplus material exists in inventory, non-moving stock or against hold projects.

b.Stores Dept. for material feeding to Execution team byinventory reduction and allocation of material to the running projects from hold projects.

c.Purchase Dept. for Follow-up of material receipts and expediting.

d.Quality Dept. for Third Party inspections and other documentation

e.Execution team for smooth functioning and timely completion of targets.

9Out-sourcing work load, dealing with sub-contractors and load distribution and coordinating with them for their inputs to achieve targets.

10Review and certification of sub-contractors bills quantities.

11Updating & maintaining the daily progress & records. Marinating drawings and other site documents from customer.

12Project closure like material, Bills reconciliation obtaining formal acceptance
