b)In M/s. Jabil Circuit India Pvt. Ltd. got chances to visit headquarter of Jabil i.e. at St. Pittsburg Florida and got chance to participate in strategy making and policy formation. Also got chance to interact with 45 HR Head from the Globe.

c)In M/s. Badve Engineering Ltd. twice some of the Union tried to form union and to create nuisance, but tackle the situation very tactfully and restricted the activity of unions and till date there is no union in the company as well as acted as an in charge for the EHS & Training and Development Pillar.

d)In M/s. Allied Blenders and Distillers Pvt. Ltd. – taken disciplinary actions against theft cases and dismissed 09 union members/workmen with following the disciplinary action procedures. Simultaneously introduced & implemented employee engagement plan. Also introduced FSMS and GMP system with this achieved efficiency from 65% to 85% with which the volume of production got doubled.

e)In M/s. Garware Polyester Ltd. – some of the Union tried to form union and to create nuisance, but tackle the situation very tactfully and restricted the activity of unions and till date there is no union in the company. Optimized 1007 manpower upon having Time, Motion Study with the help of BMGI, Identified 102 Unique Roles and prepared JD’s of these roles. Also established PMS.

Actively involved in Plant Acquisition / Takeover of 06 Units across the country. Carried out due diligence of these units independently.
