Professional Experience

Sr. Business System Analyst Catamaran LLC 08/14 – 03/15

Catamaran is Pharmacy Benefit Management Company, helps organizations take control of prescription cost. As a part of NWCOE, we work with Catamaran corporate IT to make real time pharmacy data available to our clients, such as Regence, Cambia.

●Gather requirements from clients and work with Catamaran IT

o Catamaran is a pharmacy benefit management company which supports Cambia, Regence to manage prescription part of the insurance by getting only pharmacy data every day and supporting customers. The team's role was to get the files and load it in catamaran system so that the data will be available to call centers. Since data was coming from Cambia, Regence, obviously from different systems, it was coming in flat file format. If they had some changes such as adding field or removing field then, they would work with our team. Then our team would gather those requirements and sent it to Catamaran IT to accommodate those changes in applications that were designed to process incoming and outgoing files.

●Identify the change requests that clients need and create work around solutions to the problem till IT solution comes into effect

o The changes requested by client would take 3 to 6 months to implement in production and daily file would have to accommodate these changes immediately. Our team would have to create some quick workaround solutions using MS Access to modify the files as per client requirements so that file movement occurs without any interruptions

Lead Release Quality Analyst IBM 10/12 – 02/14

Contract position (Blue Heron Tech): Leading UAT build effort at Seterus (Loan processing company) according to IBM compliance requirements. IBM has laid out strict separation of duties between the environments. Working with Development team, QA Team, Operations team and Release Management to make sure the release documents are prepared as per the compliance.

Sr. QA Analyst Nike Inc. Beaverton OR 11/11 – 05/12

Contract Position (Ennoventions LLC): Led the team of QA analysts at Nike Digital Commerce on GCD-Global Consumer Database, rebranded as Sphere Project. In this project all the Nike internal (product, retail order, ATG Order, employee) data and external consumer data was collected on Nike Data Integration server in the consistent format and sent to third party vendor. Nike CRM users are able to generate reports from third party vendor system that will give Nike consumer insight. This will help business make the strategic decisions to drive Nike’s growths towards 30 billion dollar company.

Full Time: As a Sr. Engineer helped Nike’s LBS mission of making FUEL program a reality, by transitioning IT support activities to third party vendors like Cognizant.

Sr. Financial Reporting Analyst Nike Inc. Beaverton OR 03/04 – 06/09

Full Time : As a Sr. Financial Reporting Analyst, worked with business directly in dual capacity, as a Technology Expert and Analyzing Business Requirements and translating them into IT terms to create efficient automated, windows based as well as web based reporting applications.

As a board chair, I needed to use my leadership skills to motivate the staff, volunteers and board members to carry our day today business as well as big projects like annual fundraiser and network with community. I also supervised finances for the organizations. As a treasurer I worked on Grant budget as well as overall organization budget and forecasting from 2008 - 2012.

In past volunteered for this organization as a Treasurer, secretary and helping with the clients, who are victims of domestic violence and maintaining website.
