Aggregated 30 disparate broadcast channels across 5 continents for TBN and delivered them to the Ooyala app for IOS, Android, and Web devices. Completed project 30 days ahead of schedule.

Verizon:

Led a development project to integrate Verizon FiOS infrastructure with infrastructure of the newly formed Verizon Global Media Services, including hardware, software, SaaS, data center, and other technologies. Managed physical and digital media processing facility builds to provide OTT content to MPVD, mobile, web, and connected devices.

Advised Verizon on the development, function, and go-to-market strategy for the Verizon Digital Media Services (VDMS) division in the U.S. and overseas. Assisted with several joint venture launches.

Managed the integration of the Vodafone 3rd-party production into VDMS.

Created ABR delivery models for all OTT devices, including Redbox and connected TV content delivery.

GlobeCast North America:

Served as Head of Video/Network Operations, overseeing business development, engineering, technical operations, maintenance, and client services.
