Review supply condition of all planned purchase order.

Review the effective price book, taxes & supplier registration number (ECC code) for planned purchase order in ERP system.

Make the purchase order through ERP.

Download the purchase orders in Excel sheet /PDF copy & send this sheet to respective supplier for confirmation delivery dates.

Matched the all confirmation date with planned receipt date, if it is ok then make the CSV file & upload in the system.
