Led numerous project teams to prepare for significant and diverse initiatives such as: enrollment of international students, expanding hours for technical support provided mainly by phone, and reducing transcript cycle time.
For the G20 conference we had 45 days to prepare to move 120 people offsite to work for the week and purchase technology to allow 575 people to work from home. This included developing a project plan covering: personnel, site selection, communication, and procurement. Completed on-time and under budget.
Documented existing transcript process in iGrafx and proposed process improvement. Reduced transcript cycle time by finding a vendor who could take data transmitted 3x per day, prepare requests/ checks to mail, resulting in a one-day reduction in cycle time, more professional appearance of checks, and reduced labor.
Designed a new Career Services notification and response system.
- Documented the existing process with all the excessive follow ups, determined
root cause of poor response rate was based on difficulty/ slowness of response
process as well as poor form design.
