Looking to work within a customer service role, I am a motivated, resilient and compellingly persuasive individual who loves nothing more than helping customers resolve their problems or find things that they want. Having a professional appearance and a respectful, business-like manner, I am a confident team member and enjoy working towards strict time-based targets. I am experiencing in running my own business for over twenty-five years and I excel under pressure with, full ECDL and City and Guilds computer qualifications. During my career I have had many achievements, including signing 10,000 taxi drivers to my tax operation and refunding an angry customer despite me doing what she asked me to do. I am currently looking for a suitable position with a company that has a unique spirit, and which not only believes in giving people the freedom to do a great job, and that will also support them in achieving their future ambitions.

Pinnacle People 2017

Attended and completed a ten-week course with Pinnacle People. The course consisted of four weeks employability delivery, a four-week placement with Project Colt and two weeks intensive job search. Whilst on placement I was involved with the stripping down and re-cycling of donated mattresses. I was able to work independently as well as supporting within the team focused environment.


I was educated in the Irish Republic system of education. I achieved honours in all subjects studied and a fully recognised National Diploma from The National College of Industrial Relations


I enjoy walking on local beaches, reading, football and darts.
