To check the fit-up of spools (groove angle, root gap, root face, misalignment, mechanical damages and cleanness) in stage inspection and repair them by SMAW.

To rectify the defects found in radiography tests.

Look after the manufacturing process of the SAW/ MAG, Welded 2-Step High Speed Spiral Pipe Mill & conventional Spiral Pipe Mill.

Follow the strict quality norms according to specified standards.

Complete site management and supervision of Fabrication & Erection of Steel Structure and mechanical equipment.

To calculate the raw materials, maintain the consumption record and estimate weld materials.

Various types of M.S.Pipe coating Like Concrete Coating, Cement Mortar Lining, Tape Coating Coal tar Coating, 3Layer Polyethylene Coating and Internal Coating etc.

Active participation in internal audit as an internal auditor in different departments.

Reduce Breakdown hours substantially by concentrating on predictive maintenance therefore achieved highest production in a shift.

Achievements:

Involved in Commissioning of Two-Step High Speed (Off Line Welding) & Conventional (On Line Welding) Spiral Pipe Mill and successfully Commissioned the Pipe Mill with in the Period.

Worked with Isam AG- Germany as a team member during commissioning & production trial of 2-Step High Speed Spiral Pipe Mill.

Completed the prestigious GAIL- DUPL-1 & DPPL Pipe line Project well ahead of the time, escalating the production rate twice that of production trial.

Successfully deal with TPI like Engineers India Ltd., Germanisher Lloyds India, SGS, ICSB, and VELOCY, TRACTABLE etc.

Manage International & National Dignitary/Clients during their visits & explain the operational process and answering there queries.
