from deal flow into the pipeline, to project completion. Made all entitlement presentations to the
applicable County and Municipal governments. Assisted company principals in presentations to
financial institutions and equity partners. Responsible for up to seven concurrent projects in a
territory from Paulding County to Morgan County in Georgia, and a 2,500-acre project in Craig,
Colorado.
Key Achievements:
Initiated the acquisition of the single largest project in company history, a 3,000-acre project in Pickens and Gilmer Counties, GA. Developed 1,100 acres of this project, “The Georgian Highlands” to finished lot inventory.
Managed the movement of four inherited projects to completed lot inventory. These projects were non-performing assets, some dormant for 12 months.
Developed tracking templates for development budgets, inventory control, inventory turn, months of supply, and tracking template for measuring the cost effectiveness of advertising mediums.
