Design & Detailed Engineering
•Designing and Performing detailed engineering for Water treatment packages (CPU,PTP,ETP & STP) based on the feed document provided by the Client including detailed study of process flow diagrams and Identifying the requirements and scope of work.
•Preparing Instrumentation deliverables for the project and is in compliance with Customer’s design criteria.
•Involving in Preparation of Process & Instrumentation Diagram and Equipment Layouts.
•Preparation of Operation & Control Philosophy of the entire plant ensuring safety interlocks and Drive Control Permissive.
•Preparation of Valve operation sequence chart for Logic Development.
•Preparation of Instrument Datasheet as per the tender specification and Inline to Process requirement & Creation of Purchase Requisition, document attachment in SAP.
•Preparation of Instrument Schedule, PLC Input/output List, Drive List, Alarm and Annunciation List.
•Preparing of Cable Datasheet, Location of JB & Cable Tray/Trench Layout and Interconnection Cable Schedule.
•Preparation of Instrument Hook-up diagram and Calculation of BOM as per plant requirement.
•Preparation of Datasheets for Junction Box and ACDB .Evaluation of Vendor Drawings & datasheet for Instruments (Transmitters, Analyzers, Indicators & Switches) ), PLC (Schneider Electric, Honeywell & Rockwell), UPS,etc., and technically approving the documents.
