• Provide financial support to both UM WorldWide (planning and buying agency) and Society (social media agency) for multiple clients with a primary focus on FIAT Chrysler Automobiles (FCA).
• Lead for client onboarding, including the creation of internal processes and FCA budget documents for company start-up.
• Oversee control, reporting, and tracking implementation of FCA $7 million social media production budget. Execute media billing for FCA of $1.2 billion.

• Manage internal financial documents and prepare analysis reports with SAP and Excel including agency summaries, job detail and summary, media planning vs. buying, accounts receivable, and accounts payable. Create revenue recognition reports for internal stakeholders.
• Liaison with account teams to prepare project estimates, track purchase orders, oversee workflow for vendor invoices, and coordinate vendor payments.
• Communicate with APR (Advertising Production Resources) to obtain estimate and billing approvals and produce audit closing reports, ensuring invoice and project completion.
• Review and approve all employee travel expenses to audit policy compliance. Present annual T&E training for agency employees for billable and non-billable travel.
