SUMMARY:- A time-served and suitably qualified electrical technician with extensive knowledge of electrical,technical legislation and standards of practice. Working in BROOKFIELD MULTIPLEX SERVICES as a senior electrical technician from 2016 March to continue at abudhabi investment council head quarter AL BAHR TOWER . maintenance of all kinds of lighting fixtures and control systems (delmatic systems),

Power wiring of switches and shokets,motor control panel and low voltage panel.

Duties:-

Planed preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance as per as sheidule and all details submit to supervisor, maneger.

Using test equipment & hand tools to diagnose locate & fix electrical problems.

Checking & testing circuit breakers, contactor, fuses, relay, timer and other electrical devices replacing them where required.

Maintenance, repairing and conection 3 phase,single phase motor and starter ( automatic star delta,DOL) and ATS panel troubleshooting.

Responsible for costing and estimating commercial jobs, tenders and enquiries.

Tracing, diagnosing and rectifying electrical faults.

Carrying out electrical installation and maintenance work.

Carrying out new project work, design and installation.

Interpreting work instructions, drawings and schematic diagrams.

Maintaining and repairing all electrical equipment.

Connecting wires to circuit breakers, transformers and other components.

Accountable for all electrical and general tasks relating to maintenance.

Travelling to locations on site and working both indoor and outdoor.

Using tools & testing equipment including oscilloscopes, ammeters & test lamps.

Administrative work like maintaining records and files and preparing reports.

repairing coast going more than replacement report to senior authorized person.

Extra knowledge:-

Maintaining and troubleshooting air conditioning equipments.roof top package unit (RPU), split unit,air handling unit(AHU),fan coil unit(FCU)and fresh air handling unit (FAHU).

Control and maintaining swimming pool,jacuze system.reparing and maintenance steam generator of steam room.Repairing pool electric heater,troubleshooting heat and chill system.

Wiring of computer networking data cable,telephone line,cctv and audio vedio system set up and PLC control troubleshooting.

Worked as an Electrician Team leader in ETA (emirates trading agency) 28 months. Wiring, piping, DB dressing, switch and power sockets fittings, conection with breaker, wiring and connection fire alarm device etc.

KEY SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:-

Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and floor plans.

Able to communicate effectively at all levels and willing to learn new skills

Having using of different kinds of power and hand tools like hammering drills, circular saw, jigsaw cutter,wrenches,grinder etc.

Good problem-solving skills for diagnosing electrical faults.

Flexible approach to work & willing to work 12 hour shifts, nights & weekends.
