•Determine if user is printing to any network printers than configure them when setting new computer back up.

•Determine if user has any mapped drives, Locate Outlook .PST files and transfer on the network to the mapped drive

•Remove user from the domain., Disconnect old system Dell laptop or Dell Desktop

•Unpack new Dell laptop or Dell Desktop and connect to network, display, input devices and power.

•Open Internet Explorer and self-register users account.

•Add User to the domain Group transfer data to the mapped drive, Add user to local Administrator list

•Map Network drives and transfer data from old computer to new computer over network

•Configure Email Client Outlook, Setup peripherals that were connected to old system

• Make sure printers are working and configure printer if IP address is needed
