Maintaining of all files, as per convoy to different location in Iraq by date wise. Records of the cargo the each asset has been move to Iraq.

Checking Trip Tickets from HETCO the truck we ordered, with the TMR s and get approval from our manager, return back the carbon copy to HETCO to proceed with their invoice for payment.

Apart from convoys also worked in dispatch vehicles for 4 months maintaining all the files for vehicles around 700 contracts vehicles and US Government vehicles.

Inspection of the vehicles and printing the dispatches for all the vehicles per week and distributing to the departments, update the vehicle files in daily base.
