Member of the Planning, Analysis and Reporting team specializing in MS Access and automated metrics reporting.

Designed, implemented, and administered a database to track new Customer Account onboarding, including all tasks, assigned employees, customer contacts, process notes and metric reporting.

Reduced process time by 83% by redesigning the Month End Meters database, combining 28 Oracle reports into a multi tab dashboard distributed company wide.

Streamlined the order coordination database to combine 18 reports to track new orders, notes, and metrics for over 200 order coordinators, supervisors, and management.

Designed the “RMS Billtrack” database, a copy of IMS Billtrack for Ricoh Outsourcing group.

Designed, implemented, and administered “IMS Billtrack” database, which tracked IMS Outsourcing billing for Monthly, Quarterly, Semi-Annual, Annual, and special billing periods, as well as Pre billed, Current billed and Arrears billed accounts. Designed, implemented, and administered “Strategic Accounts” billing database, which allowed for multiple Billing groups within each National Account using multiple billing formats, including Electronic Data Transfer, Excel for email billing, and printed consolidated.

Designed, implemented and administered “Legal Doc Solutions Collection” database. Emergency design when all collections moved in house with short notice.

Designed, implemented, and administered “Global Client Services” database, a collection database and companion to Department Billing Database. Incorporated various automated processes to increase department productivity over 60%. Produced Electronic Data Interchange files for electronic billing of National Accounts, both direct to customer and via third party billing system.

Created the Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) database to accurately calculate DSO by Region, National Account, National Sales Consultant, and National Sales Manager.

Designed and implemented new “Import” database. Used to upload monthly sales data into department billing system. Emergency design due to previous program failure. New design is 400% faster, more accurate and more user-friendly.

Designed new Master Customer Index, which linked customers from the same company from the national customer list. Used for various Upper Level Management reports. Also used to produce sales revenue reports for Legal Solutions sales force.

Designed and implemented “Contract” database to maintain and track contract information for Ikon Legal Document Solutions National Accounts.

Designed and implemented “Commission” database to calculate Signing Bonus, New Contract Commission, Revenue Growth Commission for Legal Solutions Sales team.
