EMPLOYMENT HISTORY

I served as head of Apostles leadership. I supervised all staff and was the conflict mediator between staff members and individuals in the congregation. I organized all who served in Christian Education roles, outreach, missions, church fellowship, children, youth, college, and career activities. I organized all worship services for adults on Sunday’s and Wednesday’s.

We created Sunday School at Apostles. We created lay leadership teams that kept me in check, controlled the churches budget, and elected deacons to serve the congregation. I was responsible for designing the flow of worship for both of our Traditional and Modern worship services. I was responsible for teaching and preaching at both services each Sunday morning. At the traditional service I also was in charge of the music ministry.

At Apostles, the church only had 68 members. The church grew to 168 adults and 34 students under my leadership. We added Wednesday programs, and established a yearly mission trip. 09/201809/2008 - 05/2018 SeniorDirector Senior Pastor and Worship Director ApostlesOf Apostles Church Of SandySprings Sandy Springs

As an ambassador of founders relations, I interacted with major contributors to the InTouch Foundation. I contacted donors and inquired about the way the foundation could better service each individual giver. I was assigned to donors on the West Coast of the United States. My area was made up of Alaska, Washington, Oregon, California, and Hawaii.

Each month founders would be contacted by phone so that we could share information about new things that InTouch was doing in the United States and abroad. We asked the donors if they had any concerns with the foundation and if they had any feedback to share with InTouch. We also asked them if they had any life changing events that they would like to share with the foundation.

Founders received hand written cards for Christmas, Easter, and for their Birthday. While at InTouch I was the most productive Ambassador two years in a row. I contacted over 85% of donors by and never missed a day of work, plus always on time with my cards. 06/200806/2007 - 08/2008 PartnerRepresentative Partner Representative IInnTToouucchh 06/200606/2000 - 04/2006 Associate Pastor Of Youth, Education, andMusic and Music

I was in charge of all Youth activities,. I was in charge of training all volunteer teachers. For example, I was responsible for empowering volunteers teachers to use effective skills to reach the age group they worked with at Cassville Baptist Center.

I was the staff person who was to charged to help lay leaders create a successful community outreach program. We started a food kitchen and groceries ministries. Every Tuesday we we served those who were struggling to make ends meet and their families. On Friday’s we gave each contact 3 bags of groceries and toiletries. We also taught ESOL classes to contacts and to anyone who was interested in the class. When I started work at CBC the Youth program was crumbling. The church only had 18 youth from preschool to High School. We started a new come as you are program that reached youth from all over the community. We used 2 vans to pick up/drop off Youth that had no way of attending. By the end of my tenure we had 112 students involved.

EDUCATION HISTORY

It was a great place to grow as a young adult and balancing schedules that included activities with education. I maintained a 3.6 or better GPA average. I studied both Political Science and Religious Studies at PBAU. With the guidance of a great professor, I was able to create a specially designed degree program. The school had deep roots in faith communities, but also offered a great worldview for all students. I played baseball for the first two years at PBAU. I was a right handed pitcher and the knuckle ball was my best pitch.

I served in SGA. I was a freshman and sophomore senator and during my junior and senior year I served on the executive team.

I was apart of the praise team for our weekly chapel service. I participated in club sports like bowling, frisbee golf, kick ball, and volleyball. I help to establish a cultural heritage club for minority students. 04/199904/1999 PalmUniversity Palm Beach Atlantic University Politicaland Political Science and Government, Other,

At Columbia I sought Spiritual Education and Practical Education on Church Management. That program was amazing for the students who were able to participate in the 3 year program. The program was only afforded 10 years of funding because of conflicts between two major Protestant denominations. 4 small simple issues kept the great spiritual, practical, and affordable program from being available to potential ministers, professors, and missionaries. The program was started in 1993 and closed in 2012. My pray is the two groups will eventually come back together and establish a new program at a school of higher learning in this great nation. The three most used tools I picked up were the following: 1. How to relate Biblical Teachings to people of all ages from the pulpit. 2. How to discipline members of churches you are called to serve by using spiritual gifts testing. 3. How to manage all sorts of conflict in the church. 4. Shape budgets. 5. How to listen and pray with church members.
