Seeking an opportunity in business to use my engineering, manufacturing, or marketing capabilities together with some of my consulting, teaching, management or business experiences. Job may be developing of new products, identifying better manufacturing processes or implementing organizational challenges that are required for successful achievement of goals.
For over 25 years I had been an executive at large multinational conglomerates and mid-sized specialty companies, in Asia and Europe, as well as, the US. At all the companies I developed and implemented strategic plans that focused on organizational restructuring to insure growth by enhancing excellence in quality, customer satisfaction and profitability. In each case there was abundant success when I empowered capable people, established a team to create the planning process and resourced the organization with enough capital and technology.
I likewise found similar reward when I was able to teach students or lead employee teams. There are great opportunities provided in our country’s businesses if people and organizations obtain proper education and training and then implement as planned.
