Collaborated with Chevron ETC SMEs (in Houston) to develop an IPSO/RAM and hydraulic model to identify system bottlenecks, and to graphically depict equipment availability and outages.

Revamp and expansion of cooling water systems including a new cooling tower, circulating water pumps, distribution network, electrical substation and new heat exchangers at FCC and ALKY Units.

Scoped a new relief and flare system and LNG storage (studies only) and bulk crude and intermediate product storage tankage (through early Phase/Stage 4, subsequently cancelled).

CoGen Power Plant facility expansion pre-FEED study to evaluate technical, engineering, financial, regulatory and SoCal Edison business aspects.

Investigations to utilize pipeline under LA County (Torrance to Refinery) for H2 delivery. Included regulatory issues, owner/stakeholder notifications, inspection, smart pigging and vendor negotiations.

Negotiated reclaimed water supply contract with West Basin (tertiary treatment for sanitary wastewater) to supply new cooling tower.
