Teacher/Trainer. I have creatively written training/sales manuals that are being used today.

Sales/Negotiation: Through explaining products/services properly, I have increased the profit for company's upwards of 50%.

Problem Solver. I have creatively communicated the services and benefits offered, resulting in the bills being paid, retaining customer satisfaction and the companies' revenues increasing.
