Talent Acquisition coordinator: Sept 2018- Dec 2018 Responsibilities:

Partner with the Senior Recruiting Team- tracked, identified and screened potential candidates resume and applications using Kenexa.

Coordinate, communicate and scheduled phone / in person interviews for candidates with the senior leadership team.

Serve as a point of contact for candidate’s inquiries on interview process and status.

Co-ordinate comprehensive candidate logistics including candidate travel, candidate expense reports, allocation report and employment paperwork in SAP Concur.

Submit expense reimbursement requests through Lotus Notes.

Submit ticket for new hire for their position number and IAM through company internal sites HR Service Now.

Conducted and Participated in the campus recruiting event at UCSC Santa Cruz.

Co-ordinate recruitment activities including but not limited to interview arrangements, reference checking, complete all the stages of the candidate interview, on boarding activities and assessments

Provide HR Administrative Support and coordination of activities for the HR Team

HR & Recruiting Coordinator: Feb 2016- Aug 2018

Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources, Payroll Department, Office Management and Recruiting at the corporate headquarters for A3 Logics and Teemwurk.
