In charge of getting and reviewing all pertinent documentation from each plant when a new platform was assigned them, in order to send it to the customer in preparation for PSO for CHRYSLER.

GAGE R&R STUDIES, Process Capability Studies, etc.
In charge of receiving all Customer Satisfaction Alerts from the Customer and requesting the appropriate response from our Plants (7D)
Redesigned the Customer Satisfaction Alert Format, this action increased the accuracy of the response in a 90 % of effectiveness and decreased the response time from 5 days to 3 days.
Redesigned the Monthly Staff Report, this action saved the company 15 days of work of 2 Clerks and one Superintendent.

Redesigned the Dimensional gage inspection, in order to stop the decision to be “operator dependant”. This action eliminated to many frictions among departments. Increased our Quality rate from 90.0% to 99.0 %
Redesigned the inspection method at Final Audit Station, this eliminated the possibility of defects going to the customer, therefore eliminated the Customer Complaints in 90 %.
