1.Recruitment
• Understanding manpower requisition from the concerned department.
• Understanding the requirement and accordingly drafting a job description and getting it approved from the concerned person.
• Sourcing candidates that match the desired skills.
• Screening the candidates by conducting telephonic or personal interviews as the case may be.
• Encouraging the employees to provide reference for better prospects.
• Arranging for technical interview and coordinating with the concerned person.
• Communicating the employment status to the applied candidates.
• Maintaining and updating the database of the candidates.
• Doing a background verification of the shortlisted candidates.
2.Induction & Joining Formalities
Responsible for conducting Induction program for the new joiner’s.
Coordinating with Functional Heads & conducting Departmental induction.
Preparing new joiner’s personal file.
Taking care of all Joining formalities {Joining forms, Bank A/C openings etc}.
Checking the new joiner’s educational and past experience certificates.
Responsible for verification and referral check for the new joiner’s.
Preparing new joiner’s data for Employee Code generation and HRMIS.
Issuing Offer & Appointment letters
Coordinating with IT and Admin department ID & Access cards Vendors for issuing Cards
3.Training & Development
Identifying training needs across the organization.
Organizing customized training programmers to enhance the manpower skills & efficiency
Preparation of Training budget & Training calendar.
Developing effective training programs in conjunction with other departments in the company.
4.Performance Management
Handling performance appraisal of all the employees.
Ensuring timely 3/6monthly evaluation of the probationary employees.
Coordinating and tracking all functions of midyear and yearly performance reviews.
Keeping a track of appraisals and promotions taking place on a regular basis.
5.Employee Relations, Employee Welfare & Employee Engagement

Looks after leave and attendance of the all employees with regular update for salary processing.
Preparing monthly salary of all employees through excel and software (EASY PAY).
Generating Pay slips of employees.
