2010 – 2017 Keystone Aniline Corp.

Vice President of Operations. Keystone, Chicago, Illinois, was a Global Supplier of Colorants to a diverse customer market. With facilities based in Chicago, it had Manufacturing or Distribution facilities across North America, Europe and Asia.

I oversaw the Global Supply Chain from Sourcing and Procurement through Logistics, Inventory Management, Production and Customer Order Fulfillment. This required numerous, concurrent, multi-site projects from Strategic Assessment to Tactical Implementation. I was responsible for bringing a level of knowledge and experience to facilitate Keystone expanding its Global presence and refining it Customer focused capabilities. Ultimately, the sale of Keystone was completed in April of 2017.

Additionally under the heading of “other assigned duties” I served as the Divisional President of our Bright Solutions Intn. LLC Automotive Division in Troy, Michigan.

First acquired in 2009 my concurrent role at BSI was to financially stabilize this division, rationalize product offerings and align it with Keystone’s Vision in the marketplace. The ultimate goal was to merge BSI’s offering into existing Keystone product lines or position the organization to sell. The sale of BSI was completed in December of 2016. Keystone itself was aquired by Milliken Industries in April of 2017 with the final shut down of the Chicago Facilities in February of 2018.

2007 - 2009 Strategic Business Partners, LLC

Vice President of Client Delivery. Strategic Business Partners, LLC, Schaumburg, Illinois. The firm conducted comprehensive engagements focusing on the effective utilization of the Clients’ resources across their Operational, Organizational and Reporting Systems functions. I led these engagements, supporting the leadership, market positioning and talent mix of the individual teams and was ultimately responsible to the client principles.

2003 - 2007 Roeing Corp.

Regional Consulting Manager. South Bend, Indiana. I was responsible for full Life Cycle Management for existing and our future client base. As such I was accountable for full book of business to define, position, propose and support of BDE’s at close. Planned and implemented Management systems, Web Content and Streaming Media Technologies. Roeing had SMB clients in Education, Manufacturing, Distribution and Service sectors.

2000-2002 FurnitureFind.com

EVP Operations/CTO. Buchanan, Michigan. I was responsible to define, integrate and implement full ERP including PPI in support of all newly defined Business Processes. Corrective actions were defined for Customer facing, Business facing and Technology facing issues. Negotiated relationships and contracts for all of the companies connectivity requirements with AEPc, UUNet and SBC.

1995-2000 Consult Practice Lead

PriceWaterhouseCoopers, LLC, South Bend, Indiana. Senior Manager. I was dual tracked within both Strategic Technology Group and Entrepreneurial Advisory Services Lines of Business. While based in South Bend, I was engaged throughout the Midwest to work with Large and Medium exisitng and new clients in support of our Client enagagement teams to successfully define, position, discover and execute service opportunities. Additionally was Engagement Lead for Firm New Hire training – Chicago, Dallas, Hartford and Toronto.

Accomplishments

As Vice President of Operations at Keystone I was responsible for diversifing our Vendor base and relationships in Asia, updating our logistics train, establishing relevant KPI’s and re-writing the operation reporting. My responsibilities started at the supply source and followed the materials through logistics, Inventory Management, Production and Packaging to Customer Service and Order fulfillment.

As President of BSI my primary task was to turn around and stablize Keystone’s Automotive Division. Since its acquistion it had been losing market share and dollars due to a lack of focus in its offerings and continuing development of a diverse product portfolio. We accomplished this and the division was sold in December of 2016.

As Vice President of Consulting at SBP, I oversaw the proxy management of client firms during our engagements. The ultimate objective of each engagement was Margin Management by product and by customer. We accomplished this by validating each client’s operational controls, how they were organized to support their operations, realigned their functional reporting to reflect those operations and validated their financial reporting to match their operational methodology.

As Regional Consult Manager for Roeing Corp I was responsible for the full life cycle management of a very technical client base. Clients came from Education, Manufacturing and Distribution sectors where Roeing had very large VMWare, SQL and .NET implementations. Worked with Higher Ed clients to define and document Technolgy plans that closed Tech gap for future requirements. Worked with both Tech and Curriculum Directors to clearly articulate future needs.

As EVP of Operations and CTO at FurnitureFind I was the Operational Owner of the day-to-day capabilities of the organization and its underlying technology. I had defined, implemented and integrated the ERP systems for both Customer and Business facing funtionality. Additionally, I was responsible for the smooth relationships with all business and technology vendors such as IBM, AEPc, UUNet and SBC.

As Consult Practice Lead with PriceWaterhouseCoopers, LLC I was dual tracked with both the Entrepreneurial Advisory Services (EAS) and with the Strategic Technology Group (STG). As Practice Leader within EAS I was responsible for our consulting needs to current and future clients. I worked with numerous manufacturing and distribution clients to define, acquire and implement supporting technologies. Within STG I was responsible for our internal technologies and our deployment of them to and within our client base. These incIuded Higher Education Institutions such as Notre Dame and St. Marys. Additionally, I was one of the lead engagement managers for our New Hire Training programs throughout North America.
