Connectivity of point of care instruments is a critical component of the patient testing, ordering, billing and resulting process that needs daily monitoring. Daily monitoring of the Quality Control of the data management system allows operations of the instruments with minimal off-line periods.
Generalist duties included complex laboratory procedures in all areas of the laboratory. Troubleshooting in all areas of the lab not limited to point of care. Wrote and implemented standard operating procedures for Point of Care, Serology and Microbiology.
