Independent Business Consultant
Assisted clients in setting up the initial formation of corporate entities including both necessary legal documents and accounting system activation.
Provided ongoing tax advice as well as monthly and annual accounting services.
Played an integral role in ongoing negotiations between clients and international entities for the purposes of setting up formal business relationships and trading commodities domestically and internationally.
