Create and manage the overall Project Plan, including estimations using Work breakdown (WBS) methodology

Project governance – Scrum ceremonies (Daily stand-ups, retrospectives, Backlog refinement meetings etc), risks, quality metrics and status reporting against the Program/Project plan

OpenLink is an industry leader in trading and risk management solutions. OpenLink's products Endur for energy and Findur for finance - are part of an integrated, cross-market environment that delivers the scalability and flexibility needed to accurately navigate today's quickly changing markets. Endur is complete front to back office Commodities Trading and Risk Management (CTRM) product for commodities and derivatives markets. Findur is a transaction lifecycle management and advanced risk management for trading, investing, hedging & funding, including treasury management for financial trading. This project comprises of Manual Testing and automation using QTP and inhouse tool Blast. The execution methodology was initially waterfall and later moved to agile to improve speed to market. The responsibilities include:

Project Management and end to end delivery responsibility in an onsite-offshore model

Provide leadership to establish SQA standards, processes and procedures

Define and provide test metrics and communicate software quality measurements to Senior Management

MAP is developed using .Net Framework where it has both thick client and web based thin client interface. The responsibilities include:
