Job Description
Plan monthly, weekly and day to day the work and efficiently organize the plan and site facilities in order to meet agreed deadline and payments.
Act as main technical adviser on construction site for civil, electrical, plumbing and HVAC subcontractors.
Set out, level and survey the site for sub structures, super structures and finishing works.
Check approved drawings and quantities for subcontractor payment and procurement of material.
Ensure that all materials used and work performed are in accordance with specification.

Job Description
Prepare and quote BOQ for interior, landscaping and fit out works as per specification and scope of work for Lump sum and Re-measurable projects.
Checking the RFP and send RFI for prepare BOQ and quoting of bid.
Prepare sectional details for pricing of each item in the BOQ accordingly.
Send quotation to suppliers for pricing joinery works of counters and secondary structure for facade works. Comparing supplier’s price for pricing and for procurement of material and coordinating with procurement engineer for purchasing.
Estimate budget for interior, landscaping and fit out works as per specification and tender drawings. Prepare quantity for procurement of material as per approved BOQ and drawings.
