Practice Supervisor
As a practice supervisor, I have gone from supervising a single practice to multiple practices and overseeing five to thirty plus employees at one time. In that role, I recruited and hired staff for those practices from mid-levels to front desk personnel. I also train, develop and execute current policies, deal with customer services issues, perform employee evaluations, assisted with implementation of electronic medical records into those practices, deal with insurance & billing dilemmas, ensure all billing/coding is posted in a timely manner and work closely as a liaison between the physicians and hospital administration.
