Ascena Retail Group (Ascena) is implementing Loyalty Program for Premium Segment (Ann Taylor, Ann Taylor factory outlet, Loft, Loft Outlet, Lou & Grey) & PLUS Segment (Lane bryant & Catherine). Vendor Management Platform Revamp- Project was designed to overhaul existing VMO application to better serve the suppliers and ease of internal use. Added new vendor evaluation functionality, added more customized reports, enhanced resume parsing technique, candidate play feature (System will generate a link where potential candidates are asked to provide few USP’s about the job they are applying).

The overarching goal and objective is to rebuild the physician scheduling templates and associated business processes for all Divisions within the department of OBGYN and Women’s Health. At the end of this project, the department will have an efficient and consistent process for physician templates and patient schedules with appropriate levels of booking, maximized use of clinical FTEs, an appropriate compliment of patient visit types within the daily schedule, and improved patient access to care with minimal appointment wait times.
