May 5, 2013 to April 18, 2019- Customer Service, Belletetes Hardware, Winchendon Mass. This was a multi task position. My main responsibility was to assist the customers with their needs. I also sent out UPS packages, cut keys, cut Glass. I also did company daily paperwork, cash reconciliation and made bank deposits. I opened up and closed the store on my given days, I checked in merchandise and put away, did price changes Sept 18, 2010 to Jan 31, 2013- Ocean State Job Lot, Peterborough, NH FES ( Front End Supervisor) & CSC (Customer Service Coordinator) My position requires the supervision and maintenance of the stores front end to insure that this customer service area of the store runs smoothly. These responsibilities include providing customer refunds, voids and price adjustments as well as taking incoming store phone calls and assist customers with locating merchandise. I packaged up merchandise returns and shipped them out. I was also responsible for the supervision of all front end store employees. This includes insuring these employees exercise proper procedures while dealing with customers. I managed several front end planograms and provide for the processing of store front merchandise

Did daily and nightly cash reconciliation and made deposits; did price changes; checked in merchandise, ran cash register, set up displays and I was fully responsible of retail store and employees when manager was off. Dec 26,2005 to June 13, 2010- Merchandising Assistant; C&S Wholesale Grocers, Keene NH My main responsibilities are for new item setups; conversions; new business startups. I also took on special projects from my supervisor and various merchandisers. Additional duties involve constructing and distributing multiple spreadsheets; setting up vendors

Faxing and filing; set up codes for new customers. I have some training with pricing and upcoming price changes; and the looking up of POs, vouchers, billbacks and entering data on spreadsheets. I have also taken a C&S offered Microsoft Excel training course.
