Oversee $500K+ budget and lead large-scale IT infrastructure projects and reported to COO. Gather client and project requirements, employ Agile and Waterfall methodologies, and create detailed project roadmaps, plans, schedules and work breakdown structures (WBS) to meet objectives. Manage interdisciplinary teams to ensure technical, financial, and business needs are met. Managed migration of 240 Exchange 2010 accounts to Office 365. Resulted in faster, more stable access to email from any part of the world. Most accounts were 50GB+ in size.
Implemented Dell Core Backup and Microsoft Azure, ending reliance on tape backup and providing a secondary offsite back up.
