Responsibilities include: Preparing Bills of quantities are measured in accordance with specified standard method of measurement (SMM7, NRM). Preparing preliminaries estimation for budget and detailed estimate for tender. Preparing tender documents and analyzing contactors submitted tenders. Preparing monthly interim valuations as submitted by the contractors. Involved in project below;

New Qatari Naval Forces Base Building package (4 Billion). The overall goal of the projects is to construct the Qatar Naval Force Base Project with total number of buildings, car parking and sheds equal to 166 and total built up area of 486 075 m2.

Three (3) + Two (2) Health Care Centers (Packages 6, 7, 8, 10, 11) (500 Million). These projects shall deliver number of five (3+2) health care centers at the following locations: Al Meshaf, Ain Khalid/Umm Snim, Al Khor, Al Shamal, Al Sadd, & Al Wakara (South)

Proposed New Road & Upgrading of Existing Roads in Dukhan Fields for Qatar Petroleum.
