Coating Place, Verona, WI – Production Operator II

Operate, and clean Production processing equipment in assigned areas/suites.

Prepare coating solutions and other formulas in a cGMP environment and follows detailed written instructions and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Stages materials and/or equipment for processing. Mix coating solutions and other formulas.

Verifying tasks performed by other personnel, maintaining forms and records, accurately calculating yields and ratios, precise measurement of components, close monitoring of process conditions, identifying deviations to processes under their control.

Labels containers with contents, lot number, weight, etc.

Transfers solvents from large to small containers.

Transfer product from bulk packaging containers into final product shipping containers

Validates label and lot information, maintaining accurate records.

Clean wet process work areas, utilizing steam cleaning and foaming of tanks, floors and walls.

General cleaning of all equipment in accord with contamination control protocols such as Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), General Manufacturing Procedures (GMPs), and Food and Drug Administration (FDA) Regulations.
