FCA Renewal Transparency: Worked as a business analyst and feature team scrum master for a regulatory project to comply with an FCA regulation to provide transparent information to customer about their renewal premiums as per the FCA guidelines.

Digital Initiatives: Worked on various digital projects handling multiple deliveries as Business Analyst & Scrum Master. Most of the projects were focused around creating new innovative products and application which is user friendly and integrating with various API’s.
