Supporting the business by assisting to produce accurate financial and management accounting information on which financial decisions are based. Also involved in compiling financial reports and analyses, whilst working to strict deadlines.

Duties :-

1.Maintaining General Books of Accounts

2.Posting Journal Entries and preparing Cash Book

3.Preparing Monthly, Quarterly and yearly financial statements

4.Bank Reconciliation with bank accounts.

5.Preparing cheques for Payrolls of employees and for utilities and other bills.

6.Update financial data in databases to ensure that information will be accurate and immediately available when needed

7.Preparing Yearly trial balance, profit & loss accounts, balance sheet.

8.Assisting in internal audit, statutory audit.

9.Funds distribution to subsidiary level

10.Preparing tax returns and performs other personal bookkeeping services.

11.Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports

KEY SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES :-

1.Good all round Financial Accounting Knowledge.

2.Knowledge of Accounts Payable & Receivable processes and procedures.

3.Experience in using SAP and other similar accounting systems.

4.Strong Microsoft skills mainly Excel.
