Internal apps are different applications used by banker which has the dependency on each other. Every 3 months we have release with the enhancement or new request from LOB for the internal applications. Team size vary based on the size of the project, but release dates will be same.

Business Problem:

This project is used to maintain the data in the old model for corporate users even when they use the new application. Bank is migrating the old model to new model along with the database and new technologies for corporate administration application. This project is helpful to keep the data in old model whenever changes or creation happens in the new model. This project also provides the compare utility, which helps to see the exact difference between the old model data and new model data, when the existing customer migrated from old model to new model.

Commercial Card Management: May 2011 to March 2012

Business Problem:

It is a Corporate Commercial Card Management Project, deals with creation of corporate account, creating cards under corporate accounts, replacing cards, Maintain cards, View Change history, Reviewing authorizations and viewing online statements, etc.

Roles & Responsibilities:

As a Technical Leader, Regular contacts with the client through calls to solve and understand the technical and functional requirements and to give the status updates.

Involved in requirement analysis (Understand the existing system which is written in C document the existing system behavior and prepare the understanding document. It is reference point to prepare the FSD.

Design the modules. Preparing HLD and TDD.

Wizard is the internal application for the ecount (Citi PrePaid) system, to create the users, give the roles to them, create the ecount programs, and configure the programs, based on the access levels and promotions, set the fees for the programs. After configuring the program will be given to the clients and making it live, totally configuring the Prepaid cards before giving to the client and configure based on the customer after delivering it to them.

Migration of JPP: Migrating Middle level layer code from Microsoft Java plus plus to J2EE technology (Currently working module)

Role Management: Creating Roles for the users.

Promotion Settings: Setting the program configuration based on the promotions
