With reference to your advertisement which appeared through online that there are vacancies in your esteem establishment, I am submitting my application for the above post together with my personal Bio-Data sheet.

REGARDING MY EXPERIENCE:

Worked in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for the last 4-years & 4-months), worked for M/s. Saudi Catering & Contracting Co., who was contractor for “ARAMCO” Ju’ayhma, Dhahran, Saudi Arabia. joined as Office Assistant, performed duty as Front Desk, Catering Clerk/ Supervisor, duties were connected to catering/store supervising, later promoted to Housing/Housekeeping duties, designate as Housekeeping supervisor, duties performed with housing, housekeeping, Laundry, General Cleaning and as Sanitation Inspector. I was supposed to forward a monthly Entry reports to the Administration Management. When demands, I was attached to the Housing & Administration units. To performed duties with Data Entry, filling, fax, copier etc., my service contract was end in October’ 1983 from (02/06/1979 to 30/10/1983).

Worked with M/s. B. Braun Pharmaceutical Pakistan (Pvt.) Ltd., is a multinational Pharmaceutical company, Its Headquarter of the group based at Germany with regional office at Penang Malaysia. Worked for last 11yrs & 6mths, joined as Office Assistant, and designate as Office In-charge performed duty mainly Receptionist/Telephone Operator, recording staff attendance, reports submitting to Finance dept., attending daily morning meeting with G.M to take over day to day duties/orders, data entry duties, meeting arrangement with sales staffs and recording in & out going duties in field, stationery purchasing & place printing, operate office equipment, such as copiers, fax machines or phone systems and arrange for repairs when equipment malfunctions. Recording copier readings, handling petty cash expenses for office miscellaneous, recording monthly courier mail reports, payroll preparing, other duties supervising office Cleanliness & preparing a check list, guest welcoming, attending customer’s meetings, and Hotel/Travel Bookings etc. Expert in handling MS Office Applications. My end of service with B.Braun Pakistan, staffs was Terminated as surplus and a final settlement was paid us with a Golden shake settlement, in Pakistan Business was wind up because of loss. Our service was end on December’ 2000, from (02/06/1990 to 21/12/2001).

With M/s. Oceanic Surveyors (Pvt.) Ltd. it’s a survey company for (Surveyors, Loss Adjusters, Inspections, Valuations and Consulting Engineers. Joined as Admin Manager performed departmental Survey duties and recording surveyors in & out going for duties, supervising office cleaning and department staff duties and daily meeting with the Chairman on day to day orders taking to follow up office duties, recording staffs Attendance for submission monthly to finance dept., office stationery purchasing & placing orders to print, maintaining Office equipment's and repairs and carry out management orders issuing circulars and stick in notice board. Customer welcoming with greetings, Petty cash handling & expending for office miscellaneous expenses office & weekly expense reports submitting to finance dept., booking of Hotel/Travel Tickets arrangements etc. Left service for better prospect. Worked 4 years &3-months, from (01/02/2001 to 14/04/2005.

Worked M/s. Gudia Pvt. Limited a Pharmaceutical Indenting company for raw, machinery, foods items & packaging my duties was attached under Admin dept., duty performed was assigned for Dispatch dept. work related mail receiving in & out going mails, Data Entry recording, photo coping shipping documents & filling, faxing, mailing original doc., to customer, handling petty cash for daily expenses, recording attendance reports, courier bills for submission Finance dept. every end of month. Issuing gate passes & recording in & out going materials, submission of daily reports to information Admin/Finance dept., for records. Customer caring & greetings, Stationery stocking & issuing, supervising departments cleaning Excellent computer knowledge and command on MS Office, Excel, Ward, Outlook & Internet Explorer. When demand I was attached to work with Indents preparing works & samples letters for customers mailing., I Left the service on 30th Nov.’2015, on intention to find a abroad Job to get better Salary to support my family. Worked 10-years & 5-months from (27/06/2005 to 30/11/2015).
