Test Consolidation Project (2018 – Present)

Tests consolidated statements. JPMorganChase clients can have multiple brokerage accounts and this application merges more than one account into one consolidated statement that simplified the customer’s report.

Actimize Application Project (2013 – 2018)

Provided QA oversight of conversion to Actimize application that monitors unauthorized behaviors and creates alerts when there is a breach; performed by JPMorgan financial advisors to ensure customer protection.

Merger Project (2009 – 2012)

Oversaw QA lifecycle to support the Bear Stearns JPMorganChase merger that involved knowledge of the domestic trading applications. Managed the testing of the account maintenance on-boarding process along with push or pull monies to or from a Banklink JPMCC brokerage account to the appropriate Chase or non-Chase bank account.

Security Lending Project (2005 – 2009)

Managed the QA lifecycle to support the Securities Lending Business that involved domestic and international loan applications and custody business. Created automated tool to run electronic messages reducing amount of time to do manual transactions and getting quicker results in testing. This resulted in getting product into production at a faster pace.
