Averted violations for technical deficiencies of 43 IRP sites considered for No Further
Action (NFA) under the BRAC by identifying and evaluating reported data, and arbitrated
on technical issues with supporting documentation and analytical results.
Developed numerical groundwater Flow and Fate Transport model for entire U.S. Army Base
and assessed risk by evaluating a light non-aqueous phase liquid (LNAPL) and dense non-
aqueous phase liquid (DNAPL) impacts using K-values obtained by grain-size analysis, and
monitored natural attenuation for each classification exception area (CEA) site.

Reduced utility client’s remediation cost of 12% by defining and implementing cost
effective methodology in RAWP; and
Received NFA letter on time from the State for large pharmaceutical site upon successful
completion of a CEA established in conjunction with an approved groundwater remedy.
