Roll: OPERATIONS AND MAINTENANCE (O&M) ENGINEER.

Project: The project is a Safe and Smart city (Hyderabad City) project (Integrated Traffic Management System) in which we are installing over 10000 CCTV (3500 Completed) in the city and the same is linked with the PSVC (Police Station Viewing Centres) in a different locations throughout the city.

In this project there are different type of cameras were installed and going to be installing within 2 years, all the 10000 cameras and focusing on safety of the public and transport. There are different types of cameras, like SPEED VIOLATION, RED LIGHT VIOLATIONS, AUTOMATIC NUMBER PLATE RECOGNITION, Etc...

The proposed video surveillance system will involve setting up of IP based outdoor security surveillance cameras across various locations in the capital cities of Hyderabad and Cyberabad. The video surveillance data from various cameras deployed will be monitored at the Central Command Control Centers, Zonal viewing centers and Police Station viewing centers.

The feeds from the existing CCTV system and the Community Surveillance system shall also be viewed at this Command and Control Center.

Responsibilities: Here am taking care of the O&M Filed related issues for the installed cameras with Regular inspections of the locations and arranging the technical team to solve the Issues whatever identified previously.

Continuous monitoring of the installed camera locations with team

Arranging proper team to resolve the issues

Planning and allocation of the different works (Construction, Cameras installations and commissioning, )to the respected team members and sending them for the rectifications

Coordinating with the sub contractors and Vendors for the work Related and planning the same

Coordinating with Network team for getting the new-connections/rectification of NSP Issues in junction level

Raising the complaints if any issues were shorted out in junction level and coordinating for rectification

Supporting to client in case of any emergency case for footage retrieval in non NSP Junctions

Maintaining the cameras, viewing centers working as per the SLA.

Preparing daily reports for the not working cases coordinating with team members in junction level.
