Summary:

AREA OF EXPERTISE/ EXPOSURE:

HIRA (Hazards identifications and risk assessment) before starting each and every activity at site scrutinize the implementation of same.

Investigate the root cause and contributory factors of accident and give recommendation and monitoring the same.

Coordinating, Planning and conducting job specific training programs & Tool Box Talk for the supervisor and workers before starting of shift or when appropriate.

Motivate, Promote & Propagate HSE as per motivational program set for the beginning of the project.

Identification of OHS (Occupational Health Safety) risks, evaluation and remedial action.

Conduct safety inspection and walkabouts.

Conduct initial safety induction training of new employees.

Train and assist supervisors in conduction tool box meetings.

Conduct safety meetings with top management.

Authorized to stop any activity/operation at site which does not confirm to the OHS (Occupational Health Safety) policy of the company.

Investigate incidents and accidents, hence recommend safety measures.

Preparing Site EHS Plan & reports (like Daily, Weekly, Monthly Reports)

Regular testing and monitoring of the working environment (Air monitoring, Noise monitoring and illumination monitoring etc.)

Maintained good housekeeping at site and office.

To keep ready Rescue, medical support and first Aid help for the personnel.

Implementation of Welfare activities done for workers to provide safe & Healthy environment at site & Hutment.
