As Investor Relations Consultant, my role revolved around an innovative and unique database product of estimates of pension institutional shareholdings derived from $300 billion of portfolio assets measured for performance. As the project manager directly responsible for the product’s introduction to the market place, I:

initiated the concept;

analyzed effects of disclosure on the marketplace, weighed advantages/disadvantages to the environment;

developed the internal systems, procedures and quality testing including product team building internally;

managed the New York software alliance relationship;

created and implemented the marketing strategy including: acceptance of "estimates" message; developed service level offerings and pricing; negotiated distribution channel contract (Montreal Trust);

managed capital market participant feedback.

My role focused on all marketing, sales and administration to issuers, money managers and investment bankers. This included initiating and writing all materials, presentations and performing and managing sales in Canada, informing all market segment constituents of the value of the information for day-to-day communications, corporate financing and corporate governance purposes.
