Managed 25 personnel in operations of four production departments to produce a quality product. Planned, scheduled and assigned work to produce the product within quality and cost objectives. Investigated and resolved problems; observed and reviewed operations and recommended changes involving equipment and work methods, coordinated activities between departments. Kept Plant Manager/COO informed of safety, production or mechanical issues. Lead, evaluated, and coached personnel to maximize efficiency and the quality of the work performed.
