Sinclair Broadcast Group, Inc. (“SBG”) 2016 – 2018 Real Estate Paralegal – Responsible for creating and administering documents pertaining to SBG’s real estate portfolio of 172 televisions stations and approximately 1,000 studio, tower and office contracts.

Drafted and negotiated lease agreements, renewals, amendments, real estate purchase contracts, master agreements with national tenants, and right-of-ways, easements, contracts and purchase orders for agreements with state and federal entities.
