Current Work Experience.
Working as Sr. Engineer-Production in Saint-Gobain, in Super Abrasive Department from Feb 2014 to till date, it was founded in 1941 where we manufacture grinding wheels using CBN and Diamond. Today Saint-Gobain is India’s leading manufacturer of abrasives like (Bonded, coated, Non-Woven, Super Abrasives, thin wheels and silicon carbide wheels, it also manufactures High performance refractories and performance plastics products etc.
Super Abrasive is a department where we manufacture Cam Grinding, Crank grinding, and Center less grinding, Bearing ID grinding, Electroplating wheels for all Automotive, Foundry, Tooling, Retail, and other Industries.
Trained in TVMK (Japan) on Manufacturing of CBN grinding wheels for Cam, Crank, journal and pin grinding also trained in Balancing of shafts and wheels
Implemented digital investigation tracking system, resulting in a 30 percent decrease in time spent on paperwork.
Design and develop new systems, processes, and equipment to ensure manufacturing is efficient and effective.
Investigate and analyze problems and devise solutions that save money, time, and materials.

Making time study of each and every process in order to reduce the lead time of manufacturing.
Plant capacity planning month on month to give clear data of dispatches to CSD department.
Maintain and improve 5s in the plant and implementing
Planning training programs for workmen in order to educate regarding technology, safety and production related problems
Prepare and Maintain APQP docs – PFD, FMEA, and Control plan.
Conducting pep-talks on various aspects in order to educate the work men.
Conducting Risk Assessments for all machinery and activities to avoid accidents.
Maintain all records related to production department
Analysis of in-processes rejection to find the root cause and implement the solution.
Defining detailed SOP for all the processes.
Visiting customers to understand solve and implement the solution in case any customer complaints related to the product.
Implementing (WCM) world class manufacturing techniques to identify the losses, improve in team format, organizing process and standardize working methods.
Previous Work Experience
Worked as Engineer-Production in Magod Laser Machining Pvt Ltd, An ISO 9001-2008 certified company, from (Jan 09 to Feb 2014) where we use the laser technology as a tool for machining. We process Laser Cutting of Sheets metal/Tubes profile cutting /3Dparts formed components, Laser Welding, Water Jet Cutting, Sheet Metal Fabrication, Tool & Mould Repair by Laser Welding, Laser Cladding where we can achieve perfect metallurgical bonding of different material and re-engineering
Also worked in Pressure vessel company (LPG) Cylinders (Jesmojo Pvt Ltd), have knowledge on Manufacturing Pressure vessels and Heat Exchanger, Testing of pressure vessels like,
Hydraulic testing, pneumatic testing, UTM (bend test, tensile test, elongation Test), burst testing (hoop stress testing) Macro structure of Welded Joints Etc.

1.Tailor Blanks Laser Welding (Nissan Project)
Aim: - To Laser Weld 2 tailor blanks of different thickness
Activities: - Fixture Design and Fabrication, Developed Fixture/Production procedures for Welding, Development of laser welding parameters (DOE), welding strength Analysis as per the standards, Quality and Testing includes (ericssion Cupping Test, Radiographic analysis, weld penetration testing), NC Programming.
2.Nozzle Guide Vane Cladding (HAL Engine Division Project)
Aim: - To Deposit Inconel 625 super alloy Material on the Nozzle guide vane which is base is Inconel 625 super alloy material
Activities: - Fixture Design and Fabrication, NC Programming Development of laser cladding parameters (DOE), Metallurgical Testing includes (preparation on samples, examining under microscope for technical issue like Bonding, blow holes, slag, dilution and solidification), powder Analysis, Heat Affected Zone analysis, Internal stresses, clad contact angle and Documentation.
3.Laser Welding of Copper and Stainless steel (Indian Plasma Research R&D project)
Aim: - To Laser Weld Two Dissimilar Metals (SS and Copper)
Activities: - Fixture Design and Fabrication, NC Programming, Preparation of test samples Development of laser Welding parameters (DOE), Metallurgical Testing includes (preparation on samples, examining under microscope for technical issue like cracks, blow holes, bonding, dilution and solidification), Mechanical Testing and Documentation.
