Coordinated and supervised the administration of the Meals on Wheels program in Muscogee County. Maintained pertinent information on meal clients. Greeted all Volunteers and guest, assisted and scheduled clients’ meals for delivery. Addressed and followed up on clients’ concerns, excellent communication skills, multitasking, prioritizing clients’ concerns. Ensured daily operations ran smoothly. I am resourceful and utilize my best problem-solving abilities. I am prompt and dependable. Willing and eager to learn and adapt. I have supervised up to 13 paid Meal delivery drivers and 8 to 12 volunteers weekly by instructing them in the proper procedures and guideline per the state regulations. I am very effective in communication and instructional training of procedures and mandates for the program. I am proficient in Word and Excel and Office applications. As the Supervisor of the Meal program, I often monitored the delivery drivers at the in-home visit. I would monitor the client’s food intake, made alternate food plan suggestion and coordinated time of delivery. I would if discrepancies were found referred the client and or family to the case managers within the program to also aid in the overall care plan alignment within the state guidelines.
