Responsibilities:

• Reconciles the hotel’s revenue and settlements accurately and in a timely manner.

• Takes over from the evening Front Desk Agent by checking and accepting floats.

• Corrects any errors or omissions made in daily cash transactions.

• Posts all daily room and outstanding charges.

• Balances the house to ensure maximum occupancy.

• Ensures all settlements and revenue are accurate, accounted for, balanced and recorded.

• Prepares hotel operating reports and distributes accordingly.
