Over 20 years of significant, progressive experience in management, design engineering and site supervision of all discipline engineering works for numerous projects in the Oil & Gas industries. The Pipeline Rehabilitation Project Objective is to rehabilitate ageing carbon steel pipelines utilising cutting age high performance plastic reinforced with aramid fibres. This project is worth more than USD 1 billion over a span of five years.

• Actively contributed to the Detailed Engineering exercise, accelerating Material Take Off and Procurement decisions with sound technical basis.

• Optimised procurement of long lead items duration (Shutdown Valves, hot bends, line pipes).

• Single point accountability for all onshore fabrication works throughout the project, involving various parties within a short duration of time, meeting complex shutdown deadlines.

Total project worth is in excess of $ 400millionUSD.

• Develops plans for transitions from Construction (Area Based) to Mechanical Completion (System Base) to System Completion

• Interfaces with the Site Quality Advisor & Site Commissioning Lead for system completions database management with regard to mechanical completion.

• Coordination of MC planning, verification, and documentation by the use of Mechanical Completion Check Records (MCCR’s) and Walk down Check Lists (WDCL’s), punch lists, etc.

• Coordinate interfaces between discipline/area leads & contractor MC group.
