Objective: To provide a great work environment for residents and staff at the Village of Northrise Willows as the Director of Nursing. I have worked for Genesis for over Twenty-Two years in many different departments. I have been a nurse since August of 2005 and been an Assisted Director of nursing since 2011—2019. I have done many jobs besides Assisted Director of Nursing such as educator, Infection control, CMA advisor, and in charge of 3 Unit Managers. I also analyze CNA’s job performance and competencies.

Directed Car program for the whole facility.
