●Responsible for sending out driver errands for clients who need bus passes to get to their medical appointments.

●Assist clients with filling out forms when they come into the office, or via email and mail.

●Answer questions about the entire process for clients and assist 95% of my clients with Property Damage resolution, including receiving reimbursement for loss of use, out of pocket expenses, fair settlements on total losses and repair estimates, etc.
